Market Research (HVAC)
Project Overview: Objective was to gather qualitative data by surveying a sampling of company’s dealers. Data was used during quality function deployment to determine ideal feature set for product line. Developed survey, managed dealer interview logistics, lead several interview sessions, tabulated data, and lead quality function deployment, cross-functional sessions. Results were that product specification, based on credible market-based data, was identified for engineering so that new product development process could begin.
